Title: Savory Cheese & Olive Spread

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1cJarlsberg or hickory-smoked
  . Jarlsberg cheese; finely
  . shredded
1/2cRipe olives; finely chopped
1/4cGreen onions; finely chopped
2tbChutney; finely chopped
1tbMayonnaise
2tsDijon-style mustard

In a bowl combine all six ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours. Use as a spread on crackers or small toasts or to stuff scooped-out cherry tomatoes, celery slices, endive or spread on cucumber and zucchini slices, eggplant and carrot rounds.
